Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Drain salmon and crumble into a small bowl
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir
  3. Form into 6 small balls, then press into patties.
  4. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and add patties
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Serve with Tzaziki sauce or your favorite dressing and a wedge of lemon.
  7. Enjoy!

Notes

For breadcrumbs you can use almond flour or coconut flour for a gluten free option in a 1-to-1 ratio.
