This delicious shredded cashew chicken preps quickly and is absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add chicken to bottom of crockpot.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together remaining ingredients except cashews.
  3. Cook on High for 4 hours for fresh chicken or until it shreds easily.
  4. In the last 30 minutes shred the chicken and pour in the cashews.
  5. Serve up with rice or baked potato.
