These mashed potatoes are hands down my family's favorite. With the savory rosemary and garlic notes, and tanginess of the greek yogurt, they are a perfect side dish to any meal.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large pot filled with water, add potatoes, rosemary, and garlic and bring to a boil.
  2. Boil potatoes until tender and you can pierce with a fork easily.
  3. Drain water and return potatoes to the pot or into a mixer bowl.
  4. Add butter and plain greek yogurt and mash well.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

If you are lactose intolerant you can substitute ghee instead of butter, and use coconut plain yogurt instead of greek.
