Chicken Miso Noodle Soup

This delicious dish is easy to make ahead. Just combine all ingredients in a bowl, then add hot water when you are ready to serve!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a medium pot for noodles and cook according to package directions.
  2. Diced chicken into bite sized pieces.
  3. Slice boiled eggs in half.
  4. Once noodles are cooked, place them in bottom of serving dish, but reserve boiled water.
  5. Top with chicken, miso, eggs, green onions, and nori.
  6. Pour boiled water over all ingredients, stirring miso into hot water.
  7. Enjoy!

Notes

Miso is a soy based ingredient. If you are soy intolerant, replace with chickpea miso made by the South Sea Miso Company.


This is a versatile dish that you can change the toppings to according to your taste and what you have on hand.
