  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a lined 9x13 pan, put the bread cubes, and top with the blueberries and sliced almonds
  3. In a bowl combine the milk, eggs, vanilla, maple syrup, and kosher salt.
  4. Pour the milk mix over the bread and blueberries.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until slightly golden.
  6. Serve and Enjoy!

Notes

  • The milk can be substituted for any alternative milk such as almond, soy, or coconut milk.
  • If you only have fresh bread, you can cut it up. Then after you put it in the pan, before you top it with blueberries. You can bake it for 5-10 minutes or until it feels dry to the touch. Then continue from step 2.
