This delicious spiced granola is perfect to top some greek yogurt on cool fall days and will make your house smell like autumn.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Crush pecans and cashews with a rolling pin or in a mortar and pestle.
  3. Combine oats, pecans, cashews, craisins, cinnamon, and cloves in a large bowl.
  4. In a measuring cup add oil, then maple syrup, then vanilla extract.
  5. Combine with oats mixture and spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, stir, and then bake for 15-20 minutes more until fragrant and golden brown.
  7. Let cool, and do not stir until completely cool if you enjoy clusters of granola.
  8. Will keep in a jar for 5-7 days.
